Shipping is free over $49.95 for all orders shipping to the lower 48 states in the USA. Orders under $49.95 can be shipped either USPS, UPS, or FedEx. It is your choice.
Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, military bases outside the contiguous USA, etc., incur a shipping charge.
If your product is damaged in shipping, you must keep the packaging and product and take pictures. You must send them to us at email@example.com as soon as the package is delivered. We are not responsible for the damage. The carrier must be contacted and a claim done in order to be reimbursed. Call us first, to see what we can do to help you. 1 800 523-9417.
International orders are happily accepted. We currently ship to Mexico, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany and many other countries. We can ship DHL Express International, or USPS First Class International, or USPS Priority Mail International. You may choose your carrier at checkout.
If you would like to purchase from our store and your country is not listed, please send us an e-mail and we will include your country on our shipping list.
Custom Fees and Taxes
Since you, the customer, are the importer of record, you are responsible for all customs fees and taxes upon entry to your country. Usually, Customs will notify you if you owe a customs fee. If you do not receive your product and you check the tracking information, it may say that your product is being held. Then you must contact customs to find out what your fee is in order to have the product delivered to you.
